There is no wonder that Dresden is not only one of the largest cultural centres in Germany, but also the industrial city. The proof of this fact is the Transparent Factory (“Die Gläserne Manufaktur” is the original German name) of Volkswagen in Dresden which was opened in 2001. Since that time “Die Gläserne Manufaktur” has been the production site for the Phaeton, Volkswagen's luxury sedan. As the factory is made of glass, any passerby can witness the process of a manual car assembly. Actually, there are lots of opportunities for visitors, for instance, everybody can learn more about the open-to-view assembly process during a guided tour.

Young and popular in the USA Hotel Indigo continues to expand in Europe, as well. The proof of this fact is Hotel Indigo Berlin – Centre Alexanderplatz. It is the second hotel of this chain in Germany after Berlin Ku'damm (as per 2012).

The Little Black Jacket. Berlin

The Little Black Jacket exhibition took place in Tokyo, New York, Taipei, Hong Kong, London, Moscow, Sydney, Paris, and it is open in Berlin till December 14th, 2012. The idea of ​​organizing the exhibition belongs to Karl Lagerfeld and Carine Roitfeld. Well-known photographer and fashion designer Mr. Lagerfeld photographed 109 celebrities with the legendary Little Chanel Jacket. TOHOLOGY visited the exhibition in Berlin on its opening day.

Фотовыставка The Little Black Jacket проводилась в Токио, Нью-Йорке, Тайбэе, Гонконге, Лондоне, Москве, Сиднее, Париже и теперь открыта до 14-го декабря 2012 в Берлине. Идея организации выставки принадлежит Карлу Лагерфельду и Карин Ройтфельд. Известный модельер и фотограф г-н Лагерфельд запечатлил 109 знаменитостей, объединив каждую из которых легендарным маленьким жакетом Chanel. TOHOLOGY побывал на первом дне выставки в Берлине.
