Dance Open & Savcor Ballet presented a very
picturesque ballet gala in Savonlinna. The event took place on July 14 in
Olavinlinna Castle (fortress) and started at 19:00.
Dance Open & Savcor Ballet представили очень живописный гала-концерт в Савонлинне. Событие
проходило 14 июля в крепости Олавинлинна и началось в 19:00.
There were lots of people coming from different places to see the performance; there were guests not only from Finland, but also from Russia, France, Germany, and some other countries. People had a good chance to enjoy the city before and after the Gala. The weather was great, warm and sunny; thus, the festival was complemented by a good impression of a perfect day.
Множество людей из разных стран приехали посмотреть представление; гостями фестиваля были не только жители Финляндии, но и любители балета из России, Франции, Германии и других стран. Гостям фестиваля представился отличный шанс насладиться красотами города, поскольку погода была теплой и солнечной.

The performance consisted of two parts, i.e. act I and act II. The whole event was called Gala because there were short parts of different world famous classic and modern ballets. Among the shown performances there were “Grand pas de deux from Satanella”, “Fragment from the Ballet Quatro”, “Pas de deux from Swan Lake”, “Pas de six from Esmeralda”, “Farewell to jungle”, and “Je Suis Malade”, where guests could actually observe a very beautiful dance complemented by a song of Celine Dion, and many more.

первого и второго акта. Само представление называлось Гала, поскольку оно включало
в себя маленькие отрывки всемирно известных программ как классического, так и
современного баллета. Среди представленных произведений были «Гран па-де-де из
произведения Сатанелла», «Отрывок из Баллета Кватро», «Па-де-де из Лебединого
Озера», «Па-де-шесть из произведения Эсмиральда», «Прощание с джунглями2, и «Je Suis Malade», где гости могли насладиться
выступлением под замечательную песню Селин Дион, и
многое другое.

The festival was very beautiful and picturesque; every
part of the program was very interesting and different. Even if you are a new
to ballet, you might like at least some parts of the gala. There was an
after-party for the ballet stars and invited guests right in Olavinlinna castle,
where the stars were happy to give their autographs. Among the stars performing the festival, there
were Anastasia and Denis Matvienko, Irina
Perren, Marian Walter, Leonid Sarafanov, Dinu Tamazlacaru, Anna Tsygankova, Matthew Golding and the others.
Фестиваль запомнился красочным и живописным событием;
каждая часть представления была очень интересной и отличалась одна от другой.
Даже если вы –
новичок в балете, вам могут понравиться некоторые из
отрывков гала концерта. После представления звезды балета и гости мероприятия
могли расслабиться в неформальной обстановке на небольшой вечеринке прямо в
крепости Олавинлинна, где зведы с большим удовольствием раздавали автографы.
Среди знаменитостей, выступивших на фестивале, были Анастасия и Денис Матвиеко,
Ирина Перрен, Мариан Вальтер (Уолтер), Леонид
Сарафанов, Дину Тамазлакару, Анна Цыганкова,
Мэтью Голдинг и
другие.

To sum up, it is worth mentioning that a huge work has
been done by a Finnish side, i.e. Savcor Ballet, which managed to organize a lot of things and make
the performance unforgettable. Savonlinna was a right place for that
event, especially having a stronger impression being inside of the fortress
with lights projecting the required views on the wall. The Ballet Festival went
great and there are certain hopes for more ballet festivals to come.
Подводя итог, следует отметить, что с финской стороны, а
именно компании Savcor Ballet, была проделана
огромная работа по организации представления и подготовки многих нюансов,
благодаря чему представление оказалось настолько запоминающимся. Город Савонлинна
можно смело назвать подходящим для данного события местом, где впечатление
особо усиливается за счет световых установок, проектирующих нужные инсталляции
на стене. Балетный Фестиваль имел огромный успех, что определенно оставляет
особые надежды на грядущие фестивали.
